Copyright Agent and Visual Rights Group Announce Merger to Create a Global Leader in Copyright Protection, Content Management and Data Insights
Copenhagen/Brussels, December 2024 – Copyright Agent and Visual Rights Group (VRG), two leaders in the field of copyright protection, content management and data insights, are merging to form a unified group poised to lead globally in this space. This strategic merger doubles the workforce and expands the combined company’s geographic footprint with offices in Denmark, Belgium, the UK, and the USA.
The merger marks a major milestone, creating the largest player in the Nordics and Benelux regions and establishing a global presence. We will continue to operate under the names Copyright Agent and Visual Rights Group until the merger is finalized. When referring to the group as a whole, we will use the name Copyright Agent/VRG while we work toward establishing a unified brand identity.
